Based on an ancient folktale of the Nivkh people of Siberia that tells how a tiny bird – the titmouse – was responsible for the world we live in where it is possible for all creatures to live together. The titmouse lived in a world with two suns and two moons, where nothing could withstand the searing heat of day or the freezing cold of night. He was given the task of tackling the Goddess of the Sky so that the world would become a more pleasant place for all living creatures.
This graphic novel is illustrated throughout in full-colour. It is part of The Arctic Ring series, which also includes Cuir Stad air an Stoirm Shneachda (2012).
