Galloway: The Lost Province of Gaelic Scotland

The last event in Centre for Scottish and Celtic Studies’ 2022-23 programme, free and all welcome. The editors and contributors to Galloway: The Lost Province of Gaelic Scotland (an important recent volume on the extent and nature of Gaelic in Galloway) will discuss the book’s main arguments and how it enables a better understanding of the language’s impact and enduring legacy.
