Tiree's Pilgrimage Trail incorporates a number of sites, both Christian and pre-Christian. It aims not only to highlight the religious heritage of the island, but to attract visitors to a natural environment that is rich in flora and fauna. Tiree is a relatively flat island, and therefore walking here is easier than in much of the Highlands and Islands. The trail described is around 30 miles long and Ordnance Survey reference points are included.
