Bobo and his crew arrive in London one bright summer’s morning.
It’s a first time visit to London for Billy and Emma so they go off for a sightseeing tour of the capital before returning later that day to be ready to take a party of school children on a trip down the river.
Back on board they discover Tower Bridge is stuck - an electrical cable fault means it can’t open for days. Emma comes up with a bright idea - why not bring the old steam engines back to life and use them to open the bridge!
